Located Fishing World June 1989 Solid bib lures may help with some unknowns. Not sure whether the Halco combats were around at the same time or who introduced this type of technology first.

Bottom lure looks like the frog pattern on the floating fishcake lures from Helin tackle co Windsor Ont

Finally able to identify one of my very first lures = AWESOME! Caught my first Bass in Moogerah Dam on this. The lure is on display on my wall.
