Interesting report Dave.
I came across this Lady being spoken about in 2011 and they were trying to put something together on her fly tying efforts. Back in the 30's I believe, Posted: 29 Aug 2011 at 9:15pm Regards John |

we had a thread on here about Elsa at one stage,among other things she invented the mountain lowry and i think the glen innes hopper.She also tied flies for Zane grey when he was in Australia.a truly remarkable woman.She is all the more fascinating to me as i know she has fly fished some of the places ive fished in New England
