Noticed the two Captains talking about ABU Lures recently, spotted this in Fishing World August 1986.
I think they were quite popular for trout when they were released. Regards John

John, bit fancier than the ones I sent Cranky. By the way, unlike Barry, I'm not an official Capt., mines more of an old 'joke' title, going back to when myself and mates were teenagers in Sydney.
Don't want people to think it's got military significance, however, I think people here on LL have the smarts to know it's 'tongue in cheek'. Regards, Seaweed. (PS maybe I'll just shorten it to Seaweed, to save confusion .)
