I was too busy looking at all the gear and timber lying around to even notice the lures in your mitts Carl...that bowl caught my eye almost immediately..VERY NICE!!!!

What is the wooden press by Jims feet, for laminating or similar ?????

What do you mean, sweep the floor?  It has taken me 25 years to get it to that state..  Wink.  The wooden press is for gluing up laminate.  Actually there is not much tackle left at all now.  There is an angry boat captain that raids the place when I am not looking.  Went looking for my fly rod, the one I can't use, and it seems to be missing to.  And it was custom made by Bill Fitch, another tackle building legend.
That same bloke was poking around in my turning shed and uncovered another box of about 30 minnow blanks.  Carl took one for a "collaborative" effort.  Be interesting to see what comes of it.  Be even more interesting to see if it turns up in Cairns, in that captains collection.  Shocked

Yes that bowl is a beauty I missed it I was too busy checking out that wooden tackle box ,I only wish I could make one up just like it but sadly I dont think that it is going to happen,I bet it was great to catch up for a chat and to cop an eyeful of the beauties lying around,
