a friend picked this one up in Tassie for me name on card Dorado says hand made hand painted hand tested I am guessing probably not aussie

Dorado and "Triada" (small wolf fish - pronounced differently depending where in the region you are) are both south American fish.
So sort of points that direction - but the English packaging suggests otherwise...

About CompanyThe Dorado company was founded in 1997, its founders were Wiera Jankowska and Darek Małysz. The designer and originator of all wobblers produced to this day is Darek. His fishing passion knows no boundaries, and his passion for creating all kinds of artificial lures dates back to his youngest years. He made his first wobbler when he was 8 years old! That is a quarter of a century ago. Since then, countless designs have come out of his hand, the best and most huntable of which are the company's current offer. Many of the wobblers are still painted by hand.
