I scored my first two Keith Baker Mambri Kras. A friend mentioned that his wife had used a timber crayfish in the dam. Of course I asked who made it? He said years ago he was told about them by his fishing club members so a couple of fellows travelled out and bought some direct from the man. He lived at Coonabarabran near Ulamambri. I relieved him of them and retired them. I couldn't find that bib in any of the other posts.
Would be great to have a history of Keith as in when he started making them. Very talented carver. Debbie Dare |
