Found these while I was looking for the production run of Bass Masters.
I think there was a story that went with these, one day over a Rum I am sure I will remember it.
These were some of the first prototypes that were tested.
I really like the clear green one.
Go early - Stay late.

Brett, they would have to be ones done when Mal still had control over the design, the later ones were all in pretty horrid colours really weren't they.

they still caught fish though Darb!.those clear ones are really nice at first glance i thought they were a different lure.

Darbs I gotta agree on the later colours, I never did loke them much but Chris is correct, they still catch fish.

Chris and Paul, Yup they sure did and still do, I have a pretty beaten up white with olive brown scale one that still live in my salt box. It's caught it's fair share of Flathead Thumbs Up
and I do like those semi clear ones, but would hate to see too many teeth marks on em
