There are plenty of posts on this site about making and painting lures (a whole section on it) as well as parts suppliers.

You can use the "search" function to find posts -  like put in " buy bibs" or " buy eyelets" to show posts that have these words in. Better still search "Jan's net craft" (US) or "Hubbards" (think that's how you spell it). These are companies that many people use as well as a few others but I can't remember them off hand. Aaron Young from Kuttafurra Lures also supplies parts, he doesn't get on here much so you would be better off messaging Kuttafurra Lures on Facebook.

There are people on site that make parts as well and I'll be surprised if your post does not get a response from them.

Just google something along the lines of lure building supplies. Shouldn't be too hard. If you're still stuck try Kingston Lures. Local and I've never had any issues with them.
