A very lucky bloke to have great mates and one who insists to me he is not a luremaker made these beauties for me to replace the one I last. Bullrout makes these and they swim and catch fish a treat so I reckon that makes him a luremaker. he says they have no name but I call them Chaffey specials because they especially work well there.

LOL yes mate i'm not a lure maker just some that enjoys making some thing that looks like a lure
yes no names the larger one is my copy of a Bennett Merlin the other one is a lure I made one of and gave it to my son to fish the bugga wanted more it caught fish Angry

I make a couple other ones ill take a picture of them they have not caught any thing yet but a lure has to be in the water to do that and none of them have been fished yet

I have not made any for awhile I got crook and have not made any since before last July ill have to get back and try and make some more Confused

Sorry mate but your just one of us lure makers turning big bits of wood into little bits of wood that fool fish. Your lures are first up when I fish Chaffey with the grandson and trust me I am confident they will do the job for me. Thanks again for this batch and sure we will catch up for a yak and a pie at Ravas or my place soon.

Dave, you're too self effacing, definitely look the goods and the man says they 'catch', great work.
Can I suggest 'Bullrout Lures', you're one of a kind mate.
People never catch anything on my Seaweed Lures, when I ask why not?, they say they don't want to get them scratched Ouch, so they keep them in their tackle boxes, can't win LOL.
Regards, Tony.
