Both would be worth more than $100 each to the average collector, but as they belonged to your grandfather, they could be worth more to you.
The fella that made them is on this site, and will tell us all about them once he sees your post.

Thanks for the advice, I'm always getting lures snagged.
I might just retire them. What does everybody here do? keep original hooks, new hooks for presentation or no hooks for less damage? I would have though the brand new nils master lure in box with instructions would be the most valuable but it goes to show you the best looking ones happen to be the rarer.
