Any info on this little spinner? Obviously a Sydenham as one side is marked as Chameleon by Sydenham and the other side has the NZ and Aust patent numbers.
The green "wings" can be "turned / adjusted" to alter the action. Sorry about the poor photos - my new camera has me stumped at times. |

Time frames it was made, how widely it was distributed, the sale price for them at the time, if anybody has / used one and what for (trout?) and anything else that anybody may know. I did a google search and all I got was this post.

If you do an "Advanced Search" for Sydenham here you'll find a few posts over the
last 5 years or so.
Not trying to pick on you in particular Martin but I feel a lot of people could use the search function
and find for themselves whatever it is they wish to know.
Cheers, Jim

I gave up trying to use the advanced search function with the poor 4G connectivity I often get - bombed me out of the site quite a few times- usually use the "normal " search function and hope for the best. It worked this time so I must have had more then one satellite above me.
I sent someone a PM who was after one so.....

Hi Martin,
Lure you have is a Fresco Chameleon which came with spare wings in blue, red and green. Gone from the Fresco adverts by the 1970's. Sydenham was the markings on all early Fresco lures MXB
