    Posted: 29 Sep 2013 at 6:04pm

After about 25 years of doing some good work my sander has finally had a 'refurb', I'm thinking now it's a nicer lure profile in both in the 6cm and 8cm version so thought I would paint a rough copy of a "Corroboree Frog" pattern.

About two months back I was asked to make some lures in the  "Richmond FBC" colours, which for me conveniently is one of the deadly yellow / black  combos that trout have always fancied around here, I made about ten, some going to a few "wood donors" and four to me, (mine have a slight variation which you won't see)--

I like these new lines, closer to that 'Ferrari mudguard' look  LOL LOL LOL - Like most of us, I'm a sucker for a 'natural curve'----------
Hope you (and the fish) like them too  --

Pete

Stunning as always.  That is taking the standard yellow/black colour scheme to a whole new level.
