Here is what the old school Tuna Polers used in the early days.An original Japanese Feather Jig and the special Double Torpedo Swivel for two polers to use at the same time.Unfortunately I do not have a Triple rig which was also used when the Tuna were very large.

Seen them in action but I have not seen the Torpedo swivel rig up close.
Had a mate working on the Japanese tuna fleet late 80's early 90,s as Govt representative maintaining catch records for the fleet working out of Hobart.
Moved from vessel to vessel in some very large seas, not to everyones liking that job. Paid well .
Brought back some interesting photos.
