Those tiger style lures Flick made are a great little lure. He used to make the same lure but with only half the body thickness. I had a couple but they went west like a lot my lures did before I realised that one day people would be collecting them. The little lure with the single hook he called a Melcha? A good mate of mine keeps in touch with him, and actually along with some of the old AFSAQ boys recently had a few days with him at Boondooma Dam. He has recovered sufficiently from his health problems and bought a new boat and a camper bus, ans doing some travelling.

Hi Dave, how are you. How long ago did I last see you. I guess  you are old grey and cranky like me. I thought you had something to that small lure. The story behind it regarding Flick escapes me.

Hey Dave me to, there were only about 20 in total, over time they all got lost in the Upper Brisbane River. I can clearly remember two that were ambushed by those men in Grey Coats Cry  I guess I should start looking on beaches around New Mexico.

Hi flick,  welcome, great to see you on the site, i certianly have a soft spot for your lures, we got these during our early Bundy sport fishing days, they were certainly great fish catchers, but once you stoped making them, we wernt game to use em anymore so they now sit proudly in our collection. cheers Tim.
