Here are the Garra lures I have which are made by Terry Marshall. There are a couple of older ones in them that Terry kindly let me have. I do believe Terry is one of those quiet lure makers that we dont hear much of but his lures are right up there with the best of them. He is also a very nice bloke and what the cottage lure industry is all about. These used to be, and still may for all I know,  sold off the counter at the local bowling club for (and i will confirm) $2 each many years ago. His lures were a bit rougher then but still outstanding value as they caught fish according to the locals.  I know my collection will be growingWink

Picked up some more of Terry's during the week. A couple of old designs that he has not put a name too plus a couple of newer designs. An incredible little workshop he has with thousands of sanded blanks in tubs all over the place. I dont know how he does it considering he works full time as well. Terry makes everything on these lures, no pre ordered stuff which is amazing in itself, twisted wire hangers, handcut bibs are all apart of these cottage industry lures.

From Top left anticlockwise. Maloo - GarraBara - no name - no name - M&M (kinda like a little peeli) - Peeli 200 and Peeli. I like the colour pattern on the Peeli's, especially the 200Smile

Hi Alistair,

I agree with you, Terry Marshall lures are great.  I have somewhere between 30 to 40 Garra's in my collection which is still growing.  I believe that the Tera will be the Dart of the future.
You have a great sellection of his lures, some of his older models I have never seen before.

Thanks

G'day Slim. Yes I do believe that Terry's lure's are going to be quite collectable in the future. I was lucky to be able to pick up a few lures that he has not made for a long time whilst ratting around his shedBig smile. I plan to pick up quite a few more of his lures as I dont expect he will be making them in years to come.
