Lofty:
Not up to standard Lofty, been trying a few new finishes and had all sorts of problems, mostly created by the user
I only painted one of yours mate, couldn't make up my mind on the others BUT now they're all finished I think I have a few ideas for the other 2 when I get back.!!!

Thanks Pete, Ringo, Martin, Stiney and Angus -- I also have a few raw wood and laminated scrap, I could not bear to paint it- as you all know, sometimes the grain is just too good -
If I can find some time between packing, greasing boat, mowing weeds, and washing I will try and get a pic and post them tomorrow.

Pete you make some of the best man cave lures I have seen, and these are more reasons to love a simple lure done REALLY well.

Thanks again Brad and all, here are the Raw wood versions.
Couldn't resist painting the spotted green ones, they were born out of one of those Bunnings tomato stakes, great effect I thought, wish I could get a whole pack of this spotted stuff.
The others were made with two tone cedar, Indonesian Mahogany with a wild red sap line (one side only) and some offcut strips laminated together.

Thanks again everyone-
Barney--the Tassie trout didn't think much of them,, I will be darkening the backs of a couple to see how they go---The 'copper leaf' ones were a hit, more up here than down there though-----AHHHHH, we can only try.

It must have taken you a long time to do them.
