These look to be handmade from timber.Would that be correct?

Were they originally wood as I have some oldies that I was told were wood?
Not doing your hot pin trick Barry! Would weighing them indicate construction material? cheers Wayne |

Thanks Dave.It is really hard to tell sometimes as the seam is missing on these as well as no pop out of the mould mark on the bib.

Barry The first ones was Timber made by J Bennett he then molded them. He then sold the Baby Merlin design to Dan McGrath who changed there name to Attack Lures All Dan McGrath Attack Lures are Molded as far as I know The top one is a Timber Baby Merlin the bottom lure a Molded Baby Merlin , please do not ask if there is and easy way to tellMerlin and Attack Lures apart because I do not know have a good look at the Merlin's eyes and compare it to the Attack's eyes Bennett's Merlin eyes are always good I hope this helps |

Barry I spotted some of these Attack lures in similiar packaging (Pink and BLue) recently, are they old stock, or still being made . They appeared to be well put together I found it hard to tell if wood or not . Read recent threads ,may well be plastic.
regards John
