Picked this up in Tassie has Snack 30 g on the lure

Note groove at end of lure for some reason

Laminated metal for you to see

Most unusual lure with tapered body

Unknown to me

That should test you Per the main metals man on LL

Regards John

if they are from Tassie and from trout country I reckon the groove is from using them to open long neck cascades when they didn't have an opener Wink

Yes a bit special Lure there John. Cant say about the grove. But have seen Lure made with "an metal shell" and Lead pured/casted between to give weight. To me it looks like it is made like that ??
I have made Spoons in thin Silverplate and filled a little Lead in to give some weight
