You really should see an Optometrist seaweed lol.
My guess would be a Xerox Wild River copy. Stick on eyes, wires, bib and template/stripes all match known Xerox lures The body looks almost identical to a W R with some very small differences. Even if it was possibly a Wild River repaint the wires and bib say not W R. Something very special I think, nice find BS. Of course, this is all just an educated guess so I could be completely wrong.

thanks guys I have been collecting for a number of years and have ended up with a heap of lures that I havnt got a clue whose they are so the fun part comes now trying to id them

I know I'm thick, still in the dark, I know what Xerox means (as in Copier), but who are you alluding to? Killalure?, Nautilus?. I've seen Munt poppers with this shaped lip.
