This timber lure came with a batch of six from Victoria, however the other five were all early timbers from the Gold Coast. Two Dansars (1990's) and three early RD's (1979-86) or Roy Durrie before he named them Craft Lures, so I'm surmising this one maybe from the same area and time.
Timber 14cm overall, body 10cm, nicely painted with heavily painted eyes. Unusual tow point being a split ring, cleverly installed between two holes on a metal bib. Haven't seen this method before and maybe a clue to its maker. Any help appreciated. Have trolled LureHubOz with no matches. Seaweed. |

People have been chasing the maker of those lures for a while now with no luck.

Hmmm, same maker as the mystery ones you think Lyonel? I have two also, but this one is a deep diver and much larger. Oh well 115 people have looked so far with no joy, into the 'unknowns' box with these two.
