Just buy Stainless Steel polished Bar rather than go through the chroming process.

i did that exact thing years ago ,very easy to do .the chroming part is the expensive part unless you can get them in on another job from the chromers

Find yourself a Metal workshop.....Brass 1/2" X 1/4" bar, cut with a drop saw or Hand saw, drill and get Chromed.
Make sure that your cuts are straighe or you will get lots of twist.

Stopped being made about 5 years ago so I believe. That's what the staff at Davo's Bait and Tackle at Ballina told me when I went to buy some more about 2 years ago. They were great on all pelagics.

Hi all wondering if anybody knows where I may be able to get some 1/2 x 1/4 metal lures. I use them for spinning from the rocks and have not been able to track any down.
