G'day all, I made about 20 swimbaits for Murray Cod and also in the middle of doing some for Flathead and Barra.
Something different to do then normal lures The action to these lures are amazing and looking forward to trying these out with my mate wookiee |

That is a stunner, too bad we are lacking the full image. Easy to see this bugger is a micro swimbait. Micros are a prime niche, not just for small fish. Those big b@stards hit small lures in my experience.

G'day Warren, I started with a few timber ones as prototypes, using weights to get the action right and then using hard plastic I started moulding them. I will still make them in timber but the price will be higher of course. Cheers Dave

Dave- That is ruddy gorgeous! Leaning toward that cod pattern awful hard though. that trout pattern is a looker don't get me wrong, but that cod has panache.
Ah, guess that's average size, picture made it look smaller. Thanks for clearing that up. Swimbaits are high on my lure making bucketlist, might pester you for some tips down the line Dave if that's alright. |
