Here is what I believe is a classic Hybrid .... it is a very large 180mm (loa) RMG Tempter that was re painted by Paul Kneller in 1995 - it was found mixed up in a bunch of Deceptions in a box down south

From what I'm told, Paul was asked by one of his fishing mates back in 1995 to repaint the Big Tempter prior to a Cod trip to Mulwala .... the result is this stunning hybrid that is still in mint condition. Paul has since confirmed that he did repaint it back then and I've also sent pictures of the lure to Rob to confirm that it is an RMG Tempter

Must say it's a big lure and a beauty .... not quite sure that it really fits into my Deception collection, but in the meantime is certainly a lure to admire

I wonder how this puppy would swim?

Rob you have a great lure testing station. Do you still have the lure?

Cheers,

Danny.

Stunning lure that now resides in a hybrid Collecter's collection .... I'm sure it cost him more than a couple of Deceptions but I can't remember back that far 😂

Cheers

Rob

Had a feeling it might have found its way to your place Alistair. Very nice collection. That pacemaker is stunning.

Cheers,

Danny.
