Progres on the Banana/Grub Lure














Now thy only needs the final dots, some clearcote, and bibs 
Sure hope the clear cote can work with the Bronze paint I have used Ermm

they certainly look like a cod would eat them PerThumbs Upone suggestion i would make though is that the bib slot needs to be just a little deeper as Cod get very large and can be quite powerful

One of them I would call a WHACKER as it did not work Stern Smile
I was so confident that I just converted a high going 75mm. slim minnow to a deep going Smile
My bad as it is imposibble to get going straight Thumbs Down
The small model is tested and I now thy work Big smile
So back to start on the 75mm. and work it out Ermm

The original Lure is made by Mal Parr. He send me some time ago some off hes Lures, and this 5 cm. Grub was amongst them
I promissed him to get a Danish Sea- Trout on it, and that I manége some days ago after 5 trips to my local Stream. The Lure suits the Stream well, and on those trips there was good interest from the Trouts
So I asked Mal permission to try make a "copy" off it and he said yes
So I hope to make one that match well
Here is the 44 cm. Trout

Not sure if this is the right spelling but from my old stomping ground that was called jubra... Eaten them never fished them and know they work well for Murray cod... Great job mate... Trying my skills on this little bugger Smile
Is making it in Abachi with one trhue Wire and Polyprobionate bib
Was not happy with the first. The second broke a bit off, but third I was happy with, after I rounded the nose a bit more, as in last Picture 
Now the wire is glued in, and i am very curious if it works Big smile
