This is the Speartooth Rhino Log Leaper by Fred Zass. I think Fred did a great job to target the collecting market, but they just never took off. Only ten made and each one named after a rare or endangered fish, this on the Speartooth Rhino Shark from northern Australia. Each lure was signed and came with a collectors card and certificate and it's own web site with all the data on the lure and the fish.
