That's is not very nice Pete but you have an uncanny gift for likenesses.
Looks like a flattened cane toad to me.

There is only 1 frog I REALLY want, and thats the EXTREMELY rare Rublex Frog made around the same time as the first Flopy's.

Until then I guess I'll get by with my Flatfish Frog pond Embarrassed

I know of a seller in the USA who sells frogs similiar to barrys, i have several and they are so life like, that on a quite night they can be heard croaking!!
They come in several colours and sizes, reasonable prices fair postage etc, if tony allows i will post details so all can check out his site. TONY??
Also Darby, any more you can tell me about the rublex frog? may know a guy in Europe that can keep an eye out for us both, I collect floppys, spickys, pluckys etc Rublex, so would like to find one also.

to be honest yet to get a fish on mine, but thats only cause i havent put the time in, and when i have the fish aint been on, used them several times and had no luck, but asked others fishing the same area and they have got nothing also, to see these little guys in the water is awesome, and to get smashed on one, is this summers goal!

Thailand & Singapore have a wealth of these kinds of lures. Some of them are ultra-realistic and look exactly like a particular snake, frog, lizard or even a little crocodile. They are incredibly effective on the local species, not thatI've managed to catch anything whilst using them, but I have managed to buy quite a few of them over the years.

Thanks for the link, it is one that I had not bookmarked.
