Early styled plastic

Came across this more unusual plastic style lure, in bulk purchase.
 Narrow edges thin body not sure of material . Bright.
Perhaps imitation worm issued around late 60 mid 70's ?
 
Brand, maker, and country of origin unknown.
Cannot remember seeing them about like those various dickson shaped plastic similiar era,

The top one came out of the USA John.We used to sell them years ago.I think they were made to catch Barracuda.I can't remember the maker.

John we have being using these kind off Lures fore deep sea fishing, as long as i can remember. We call them (google translated) norweigian rubber maxi. I think to belive thy were made first time in Norway, but who nows ????
