Located these ads for the Celta collectors that contacted me a while ago
 
 
Interesting 1979    6 sizes and 7 colours
 
September 1984 reduced  to 4 sizes and 7 colours.

ge has that large floppy got a different pointed bib

a bloke by the name of tony smith from roma used to make a celta lookalike. ihave about ten of them, a good strong lure. back then $4 each.......mick

Good pick up Rod could it be a light issue, refraction with the camera.

I think the bib is dug into the sand a bit making it look like a different shape.
