This is a lovely looking lure and a handsome addition to any collection. I notice the bib is on the more substantial (longer) end. Does anyone know why, when the RMG Scorpions went more commercial, was the bib attached to other (shorter) end? Was it action or what? Regards, Ken.

Its actually a "rellik doc" not a scorpion.
rmg scorpions are the traditional shape. The rellik doc came in a couple of configurations - cod bib and barra bibbed models.

I was taught that Antique meant 100y/o or more,
Vintage was 30 y/o or more, Collectable was a combination of rarety and want.

Depends how far north you get? Cedar in far north QLD is "That's Noice Cedar, go on AAAAAAAAA?" Where Cedar in Northern NSW has many less A's after it. I think I got that right A?

I reckon its more a case of illiterate printers (no offence to any printers present) amazing how many signwriters and printers run a business with a 8/9 grade education, I've seen some corker errors |
