there was/is a bloke called TONY SMITH from ROMA that made a replica celta spinner. caught a lot of fish on them......mick

My first lure caught fish no 4 celta with red stripes

Have all the Tillins got trebles? I ask because I was given a tillins purchased in the 80s in New Zealand and it had a single hook. I was told that it was illegal to have a treble in inland lakes in NZ at the time. Would that be right. Debbie D

The Mepps 4 is a VERY early model I believe. I've only seen one other.

In pic 8 far right....does it say PET on it? If so...Tony Acetta.

Odd looking tiny spinner in pic 10 may be a Weezel.

Ripple blade spinners...Abu if stamped as such...knock-offs if not. I have seen similar stamped Japan, Taiwan & Korea.

Photos 11 and 12 would be called shysters here in the states.  Have a few in my tacklebox but none as old as those.  Very nice collection.
