Barry, I'm pretty sure that's a special bin lure!! Barra Mauler, Prince etc.. I find them washed up on the beach here quite often.. The one next to it is a Reidys Lil Amazon.

It's very well made, definitely not an amateur job! Has a scorpion type of tail and a Tinaroo "Old Faithful" front... Ermm
