These are the very first urethane lures I made, took a bit of messn around to make the molds, I will do things differently next time lol Was trying to make a wobbler at real slow speeds for Mulloway.

How did they swim?
Float or sink?
What do they weigh?
What will you do differently when making the next molds?

A bit of added information would help tell the story.

They look pretty good.

Look great to me - well done. It is call a learning process. I was surprised at the talented makers who said they learnt something from the live demos at the expo.

They swam great, exactly what I was after. They floated to, which is what I wanted. It took a bit of messn around with the micro spheres to make it not too buoyant. Not sure on the weight but they casted well. Next time when I do the molding Im going to try using plaster of paris instead of clay to cover half the lure for the silicone process. I've played around with it a bit and once you pop the lure out of the plaster it can be sanded down on the belt sander perfectly flat and then drill locating holes in the plaster for the locking posts in the silicone. Hopefully that will make a perfect aligning flat mold. All theory for now but I will see how it turns out.

Nice "L/F", they look the goods to me and I really like that faded paint. As for moulding, I know nothing about moulding lures (although I done an apprenticeship as a moulder )
