Can't remember where I saw, or when, but remember either an ad or maybe a backing card with the original timber Stumpies. The artwork depicted the lure as a cartoon man, running and jumping over snags on the riverbed, whilst being chased by an angry cod. It was the most impressive bit of advertising art for lures I've ever seen.
Can anyone recall, if so, was it in a magazine? Would love for someone to copy and paste one here to view. Brett maybe the man to know more.
Regards, Seaweed.

Thanks Wadey, that's the one, have a little prezie for you at the Expo. If anyone else comes across a picture in larger format, would be pleased to see.
Regards, Tony.
