STAGE SEVEN.
 
The first coat of clear applied, now the colours really show up in the sunlight.
 
 
 Let is cure for a couple of days, then apply another coat and it should be finished.

Interested to see the 3 holes in the bib. Anyone X-rayed wooden stumpys to see if they all have that?
 
Went back through the old X-ray thread but evidently Cranky didn't have one in those days. Bet he has some by now.

Yeah Jim, wondered about those three holes myself, not like he had to secure the bib from being pulled-out, as lure's being towed from body eyelet. Being a true craftsman, he obviously wanted to make sure bib wouldn't work loose, bumping on all those stumps.
