Barry, they'd be a few years young wouldn't they? They look like the split and solid rings are brass.

They were about in the seventies  for sure .I worked in a sport store around Christmas time in the early sixties I do not think that type of packaging was used back then. But could be corrected.From memory a lot of the lures were hung up by their hooks
