    Posted: 27 Apr 2016 at 11:16am
Over the weekend had the pleasure of catching up to Gordan Nunn after trying for quite a while.
I got some very good info on his lures as well as getting pics of many new models I had not seen before.
Down the track I will put up more info as I get it sorted.
One thing to look out for when ID,ing his Poppers and Minnows is a hollow lead weight under the belly but not on all models. Also in his early poppers he used the Pins or Tacks for his Eyes.
Also look out for the different Signature positions and the oval sticker

Looks like I either have to get an Image Stabilised Camera or a Tripod or both.Picture quality is crap for which I am sorry.

From what I understand, Gordon only makes lures for himself now - that came from another lure maker near Innisfail that he is friends with.

Thanks for posting Cranky, I thought he only made poppers, may help with a few 'unknown' minnows out there.
Seaweed.

Thanks for the offer Cranky, I have one of his poppers, but if you have a spare Tiger stripe minnow of his, would be happy, I'll have something to trade. Amassing quite a few traders to take down in July.
Have a safe trip, wet, dreary Melbourne LOL.
Regards, Seaweed.

Hi all
I have probably put this in the wrong place, but after reading this post I felt sure that I had one of the poppers pictured in here so I set about finding it.
I came up with this one. To me it looks the same as the ones pictured in this post with the important absence of the GN signature on the lure.
It looks like it may have had WB Or WD under the nose of the lure.
Is there any connection of this lure to those of Gordan Nunn`s ?
Cheers Kimo

Hi Barry,

just saw this, and Yes, I'd like a minnow. Let me know when you have one sorted out, thanks.

Tony.

Yep, turn it the other way around and it will look like the bottom of a "G" and an "N".
