Thanks Al,
Have followed the standard procedure that I have used for past 1000 uploads. After I have selected the image from browse option, I select upload.. Have waited 3 minutes plus for LL to accept... Photossizes have even been reduced to 100kb but still a very long lag. Never seems to get to stage where folder transfer to world gif appears.. wadey |

This has happened to me, Do again and walk away for 10 mins. There seems to be a very very long processing time of photos or any size these days. Cause is unknown. If that does not work let me know.

Performance of the image upload process has slowly decreased in recent months, primarily due to growing pains from our success as a community requiring a redesign of parts of the process to keep up with the volume of images we host.
This redesign is now implemented, and the known issues have been fixed. At the same time we have implemeted a workaround to several annoying "features" (i.e. bugs) in apple iphones/ipads, as well as workarounds to several compatability issues with the more recent version of Microsofts browsers (msie and edge) For the best experience in viewing this site on a PC I recommend Mozilla Firefox as a browser, or alternatively Google Chrome, sadly the Microsoft browsers of late seem to have been released before they are finished! Pete, If you experience any unexpected behaviour when using the forum now the fixes are implemented, I suggest clearing your browsers cache file and deleting the lurelovers cookie file, cookie files can easily become corrupted and cause unexpected behaviour. (the file is recreated when you next log in) |

Tony, this has nothing to do with uploading photos but it may be a consequence of trying to fix the problem.
In the last week, or so, the Homepage is much more spaced out, vertically. It looks like there are double spaces between each of the subsections. This results in much less being seen on a laptop screen. Can it be fixed? Cheers Travers

Hi Travers
Yes, the changes in format are a temporary thing due to the upgrades I made yesterday. That along with a few other tweaks required will be sorted asap |

You'll probably get a better chance of an answer if you start a new thread with a relevant topic Wadey. (eg Monster Lures and Brooky Lures)
