I thought I would show how I make my wire forms for single and twin spins
Straight wire in pliers
Bend one end around half of pliers and twist around couple of times

I find this way looks neater and gives your fishing line a point to lock into.

For twin spins place straight wire about 5mm into pointy nose pliers and make a 45 bend

Move pliers to next section and bend 90 deg
Repeat last step again to form a diamond
Then do a couple of twist and trim leftover off

For the spinner arms bend length of wire in half
Place wire in pliers and bend two arms down about 45deg move pliers to straight section and bend arms almost 90deg
Place bent section of arms over your bent eyelet/shaft and push twin arms through eyelet
I find that having the diamond loop looks in the twin arms so they are spring load and always lock back into position so you don't have to bend or re adjust the arms when out of place, enjoy
Cheers, Dave

Dave Thanks extremely interesting.

Can you put up a photo of the completed lure

Cannot quite work out how you finish  the twin spins lure  lure off.

regards John

Hi John I place the end of the twin arm about 5 mm down the pointy noses leaving about 1-2 mm sticking out

I then roll the plies around making a loop in the wire leaving a small gap so you can place the swivel/blade in
Then you gently squash the gap together

Then I do the same to connect hook onto wire but I do a smaller and tighter loop
Then I place in mould ready for lead pouring
Here's end resultand for those smaller fish
