Hi all, chasing some info and possible ID on this lure please. Looks like a Dempster, but hook hangers and tow point look bigger than any l have, paint job is a little rough, with paint still on hangers and tow point. Any info at all would be greatful. Cheers

That's an interesting thought. A name that I don't think was thrown around on other forums. Cheers

Don Bailey? The narrow body is typical of his lures (or at least of the ones I have). Regards, Ken.

Not one of mine, as nice as it is! Could well be from this neck of the woods, Athol or Don possibly. Best ask MickNQ, he`s good at these tricky ones. Cheers Richard

Cheers Richard, thought the Lees was a little left of centre. Been down the Athol track before with Mick, but not Bailey. So we are still searching for the right answer. So many from up there with a similar style. and yeah it is a nice lure. Peter

Tell me if you want to trade it? I love 'unknowns', can do you a Seaweed Lure, or name what you collect.
Regards, Seaweed.

Top right, I have one same in shallow bib, unknown to me too, possibly a Mark A lure?
Second on right, I've seen this colour pattern before, reckon it's a Local Lure by Ron Henderson.
Fourth down on left looks like a Killa copy from Melbourne, by Phil Whitehead.
No clues on the others.
Seaweed.

On re-visiting these, second on right take a look in LureHubOz under Gould, John of Bowen FNQ, very similar.
Fourth on left could be LTL of Hervey Bay, also on LHO.
Seaweed.

Do you have a better pic of 2nd down on right? Could be one of my paint jobs on a KL body? Cheers Richard.

Thanks Capt. Thought the 2nd on right looked a little like John Gould. Actually had him in my notes on that lure.

Does he still make and sell Mick? I'd like one for my Aussie 'one-of' wall.
Going by LureHubOz he hasn't made since 2000.

Not one of mine Peter, bottom view red/yellow touches not my work. Body shape is absolutely same as some I`ve produced over the years. Thanks for extra pics. Back in the unknown box? Cheers Richard.
