Good morning, all. I have had this odd lure since 1991 at least. It's timber, 16cm body and has a unique bib. Can anyone help?

Seems to be timber to me. I note that the date on the Pearce bib is 2013. Has he been making lures for better than 22 years? I got this one in 1991.
The bib is close, but still different. |
