Located these lures in an add back in 1989 and in fact placed a popper on the forum for identification .

The add states that  they use a stainless steel rod " installed with watertight rubber bushes.

These are quite evident in my lure and I am wondering if any other lure maker does the same.

Regards John

I remember these John, I had a couple of the smallest popper, the central rod had a flat in either end with a hole drilled in it for the solid rings....I must have a hunt around, I am sure I still have one.

Cheers Darbs

 Thanks  Darbs
I will have to find my lure as well and will put  it up again.
I like the neat Rubber plug used or as the prefer to say watertight rubber bush.

I wonder how they get such a neat finish.

Nice to find a home for them

Regards John

Located lure that i now believe to be a Lure Tek lure.

Nice to find a home.

Strong steel rod running straight through lure and excellent seal.
