It actually looks more like 10 Gr not a proof marking on the bottom after I removed the dirt.

You have a nice Delfin Spoon from Norway there. From the marking I would say it is made in the 60´ties
It weights 10gr. as the marking in the bottom say´s

SMORGASBORD is a funny name because it is Swedish and means lunch table.

It was Arnulf Jorginus Hoff from Norway who founded the Delfin factory in 1904. He made Spoons as early as the 1880s, while he was a Goldsmith

I know these spoons labeled smorgasbord were mostly exported to Canada, where today there are still people looking for them, as thy are an exellent Trout Spoon

In the north it was called AASENSKJEA (AASEN SPOON)
Probably not the best name to sell them under in English-speaking countries. That's probably why it was named Smorgasbord

As it is well used there is not a lot off value in it. They have also been reintroduced via fair points and sold all over the northern countries for approx. 12 Australian dollars
So if you have access to trout, I would try to catch one on it

Have a great day

Hi
I'am new here but collected vintage fishing gears for years.
I just got DELFIN Aligator lure just wondering how old it is?

Hi Mika
welcome on Lure Lovers. You will find a ton off info here, and some great blokes to tell you off almost anything
regards your Delfin Alligator spoon, I would say it is from the 70´ties
