All made by hand (shudder) If they have the 'H' stamped on them (belly) they are amongst the first made. We were the first in Australia(and possibly the world) to manufacture a grub lure from timber and place bibs. We were also the first to do the glow in the dark grubs, copied now by so many! Just a little history for you! Regards Carl |

Thanks Carl, I picked up quite a few, (probably same place Laurie did ), MO tackle Coffs. They were all on green cards, 1995 you say, I'll dig them out to see if they have the 'H', is that for Huon Pine?
Lovely little hand-crafted lures. Regards, Tony.

Thanks for the Info. I was told that the "black" bibs were earlier than the clear bibs. Yes or no??? Tony I'd say the "H" is for Huey's or Hyland. Laurie. |

I then went to black lexan which I found was a great 'cplour' for bibs. Anyway, pardon the pun, but saw the light some years later and went to clear lexan. Hope this helps Regards Carl |

Thanks guys, should have known what the 'H' was for . Mine are all clear bibbed with no 'H' so must be later. I'll be down next week, so going to raid that MO bargain bin again, might be a couple left I don't have. Regards, Tony.
