Another range of highly desirable Aussie made lures. Love the depression on their noggin'. It's similar to the thumb print left in my forehead by my misus.LOLLOL

Posted previously, but here are a whole bunch that I should be getting! Just gotta get to Vic and sneak into a mate's place undetected by his guard dog and save these from use - yep they are being used!

Painted sticks with hooks sure, but they are oh soooo nice!

He's safe - it's more pink and black. However Humptys are one of the rare lures I will chase regardless of colour!

Love them.

This will scare you then, my son still fishes with his Humpty's. He reckons they are too good to retire and just look at.

As far as I am aware not in the original format, however I have heard rumours (and hopefully someone can confirm) that they are being sold locally (as in Shepparton area in Vic) in plastic form. That is something I would love to know as that means I can persuade everyone with original timer ones to stop using them and go buy some plastics. Mmmmm, will have to call Trelly's today...

Bee in my bonnet now, I want to know this answer.

Striking lures.
Are those lures kept in a secret cache, were they released previously or are there more treasures to come.

John, these were posted previously under http://www.lurelovers.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2659&title=darbs-collections-misc-vic-lures

No secret squirrels here, ask and ye shall receive pics (if I have any of the lures in question)

Post away, please post away!

If you're speaking with Paul, ask him about the barra lure. It'd be interesting to find out how many he made. As afar as I was aware he made them for some mates to go catch some fish on and never sold them.

That little piece of Nicel barra magic is now safely returned from my mates place and sitting with all the other Nicels in my cabinet - thank GOd for that!
