The rock bar we fished in the NT which last year produced good Goldens and a jack was almost devoid of those species this trip only producing a couple of reasonable goldens. However there was no shortage of aggressive litle cod.SmileSmile.

l always have a liking for estuary cod.....on the line or in the fry pan :)

thats a nice chunky cod Bill ,i'd be happy catching a few like that .all the ones i get down here are tiddlersLOL.no wonder you get fish mate the shapes of your lures are ideal for the northern species.
