Had an old guy come round to look at my room this arvo and he brought these with him.
Quite a surprise even for me.

It's OK Wadey, the joke's on the Captain. They're just a bunch of old, beaten up lures! Some of them even look like the paint's fallen off.

Captain, how do you do it?  Well done.ClapClap

What a nice surprise to recive a wonderful lot of lures like that.

What the pictures don't show are the hours spent following up on reports of lures, talking to people about lures they may have and putting the word out tha tyou are interested in old tackle.

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Rod the seed is planted.
It certainly was nice to see such an amount in the one tackle box.

I can see it now, the owner of the tackle store come in at the end of Barry's shift and the walls are bare.

Tackle store owner - "Gee Barry, you had a bloody good day of sales"

Barry, looking sheepish - "Umm, not quite, had a guy come in with a few lures and he was happy to swap some new ones for them 10 - 1 so took the opportunity"LOL
Alistair.

How long for the seed to grow do you think? I know your a patient man. Is there a chance you can get a photo of the lure on the top of the left hand pile ,Grey with red back and dots down the middle?
