Seems like there are no pics on the site so here are my 'Cedar Lures' Tongue

But .... I want more, for no other reason than they intrigue me, their action is awesome and I want to swim them - ok, they are not as finitely finished as others, but I'm keen to find some more LOL

Trade-in value will be more than reciprocal Wink

Cheers

Rob

Rob,
got these the other day locally........they are shagged.......the red cedar has split around the bib area on 2 ...the skinny one is in good condition, and needs a clean......they would be very early ones id say, but im happy to hang them in my shed....which is a home for unwanted homeless busted ass lures.

The ones you have posted are great....can see just by looking that they would have that right action for fishing.....after all thats what lures are made for.....sometimes.........isnt itConfused

Ok here are 4 I have,
The bottom one is the only signed one, a Toolooa, given that Eddie like to name his lures after fishing spots, just like his mate Ian 'Fyshhe' Salmon did with his lures, I am buggered why he would name it Toolooa...its a suburb of Gladstone Confused

The other 3 are not signed, but have enough in common with those I HAVE seen to be 50% certain of their breeding.

Nicho ... struth, not sure I can swim those first couple as nice as they look Confused .... that long skinny one however looks the goods - mate, does it swim .... if so, let's go LOL

The 4 top ones are mine, 2Graylings, a Toolooa & a Mozzie. The 3 bottom ones are Daves Lures.
I also saw one of my builders pencils, a joke lure I made about 15 years ago which turned out to be one of the best Trevally lures I ever had, Wolf Herring liked them too. Regards

Eddy

The top 3 aren't mine but the Toolooa is, I named it after one of my favourite spots, Toolooa Bends where I caught an awesome Golden Trev on one.

The top R/H one is a Cedar lure. I'm pretty sure the rest are "Daves" lures. He pushed out a lot about 10 or so years ago. I worked with him at the time and got him interested in making lures. I don't think he's doing any now.
Tony had a post in the Fysshe lures section titled "Fysshe Lures?" Most of those lures were Daves!!

No worries Aaron, that model is his "Grayling" I think. It should be written underneath, or "Cedar Lures" Eddy was up here last week and would've let us know for sure. He doesn't get on the forum much but will get in touch with him.

I was back in Ipswich last week and raided my sons tackle box. Found a few of Eddy's lures stashed in there, a couple of Fat Bass, a Mozzie, 2 Boomers (one old one) and a Cod Walloper I think.
