Thanks Mike
Interesting, the red plastic tag was in full swing back  then  as well. Only one bladed lure in the collection
The lure next to it left hand side is that a  small two wing  spinner, it appears very tiny ,orange, and about 3/4 of an inch.
Mike, lure right hand side middle row, second from the right two single hooks or a double. all the hooks appear to be a very fine gauge wire as well..
Thanks for posting
regards  John

Hello John,

The case displays the spoon type lures only, I have another one for spinners which I am still restoring. The bottom row of both sides of the case is dedicated to the "Little" (or Lill) lures that were sold at that time, two of which were spinners. The small two winged spinner which you have commented on is the Little version of the Svangsta Whirler which is mentioned on your pamphlet. Here are a few more Whirlers -

The other lure which you have mentioned is an Atom Weedless, here is a pic of the underside which shows the hook/weedguard arrangement -

This lure is not in its original finish, I have had it re-finished in 24 ct gold leaf.

Cheers, Mike.

Thanks Mike

Interesting to see the different applications being used for the single hooks .
A design I am not familiar with for the wings on the Whirlers. appears to be a lot more work than punching out a bit of plastic ( Blue Clinic bottle in the 70's to do any repairs on broken wings

Thanks for posting

regards John
