How is that for a mouth full? The tail section has a blade that causes that whole section to rotate causing a propeller like commotion. I reckon a big ole murray cod would like this.

Very cool lure, Martin.

Either its a copy of Larry Dahlberg's 'Whopper Plopper' or he copied this one. Either way they are both cool and I agree with you in thinking that they would find a place in fisheries where large cod can be found.

This one looks quite a bit smaller than Larry's and given that his is called the 'whopper', inferring upsized (?), I would hazard a guess his wasn't the first. I know his version has gained quite a bit of popularity with northern hemisphere pike and muskie fishos.
