Ok has anyone got any info on these two lures.....American made
1 has CRAWDAD on the top 
1 has Creek Chub Surface
what age are they & what is there worth......are they rare or what ever info you have...thanks in advance...Gary

Reckon the surface is a "Creek Chub Pikie" (or husky pikie, depending on size)  its one I came across on ebay a fair bit when searching for bigger topwater lures.
The crawdad could be a creek chub too, but it's a pretty common name and shape.
Age and price I wouldn't have a clue. Or manufacture dates of the models.  You can still buy pikies new in pack for a few bucks but that might be old stock or whatever.
Not sure if there are any distinguishing features for dating them at all.



Edit...  Errrm should have looked before I responded.  The pikie is similar but I cant find any with that cupped bib.  I wonder if either that puts a date on it and nothing on ebay looks like it, or if it was a later modification.

Pair of Creek Chub Salt Water Lures - nice pair of circ 1940's wooden lures with glass eyes. One is a Surfster and the other is a Striper Pikie. Both have been fished and have age lines and paint chips. Sold as a pair.

Surfster - cupped bib is less pronounced.

Ok,,,the 3 hooker is the same as the bottom one....but the one I got is near perfect....do you know what they sold for at all mate....Gary
